Cold Storage Gates & Doors
Doors are where cold rooms lose energy and where daily operations concentrate. Ours are specified for the traffic they will actually see.

What we build
We supply insulated doors and gates matched to chamber temperature, opening size and material handling pattern. Sliding doors suit high-traffic pallet movement, hinged doors work for personnel and smaller chambers, and sectional or high-speed options address docks with continuous flow.
Hardware is chosen for cold-side duty: gaskets that stay flexible at low temperature, heater provisions where frost is a risk, and inside safety release so no one can be trapped in a chamber.

Questions we are asked
Sliding or hinged — which suits my chamber?
Sliding doors are preferred where pallet trucks move frequently or space in front of the door is limited. Hinged doors are simpler and cost-effective for personnel access and smaller chambers.
Do I need door heaters?
Heaters are typically specified for freezer-temperature chambers where frost would otherwise form on the frame and gasket. For chiller rooms they are often unnecessary.
Can you replace doors on an existing cold store?
Yes. Share the opening size, existing panel thickness and chamber temperature and we will propose a compatible replacement door.
Planning a cold storage gates & doors project?
Share your requirement, site conditions and timeline. Our team will come back with a specification and a written quotation.
